Our consultants will work with your team to understand the details of your performance improvement implementation, and your needs from a tracking system. We will help you select between our highly configurable systems (single or multi- initiative), map your processes onto the chosen system, and provide you with templates to specify the various configuration parameters that are appropriate for you.

We will work with you to identify any gaps, and define advanced configurations to the product so that the final solution is just right for your company.

Once we finalize your configuration specifications, we schedule the development and QA testing of your system. We would provide you with access to a beta version of your system, and gather/implement any feedback you may have prior to final deployment.
