Plan

EnterpriseTrack supports a simple “strategy alignment” feature that allows one to link projects to established strategic objectives in order to provide  “bottoms-up” line-of-sight visibility between project activities and higher-level corporate priorities, scorecards, Hoshin objectives or performance targets. In addition, Strategy Manager provides a more sophisticated tops-down approach which begins with an articulation of strategic objectives (instantiated in the system as a strategy portfolio “hierarchy”). Projects can then be ideated, selected and executed based on their ability to drive strategy execution – and not just alignment with corporate priorities.

Process Manager allows an organization to define a process portfolio (e.g. an enterprise-wide process map or set of value streams) or a single alignment tree consisting of a blend of corporate strategies and associated business processes. Process owners can then ideate, select and execute projects that impact the most critical business processes and value streams.

   
Select

Idea Manager automates your “suggestion box” and allows you to easily capture and evaluate process-improvement project ideas online. Ideas can be routed for additional work (using configurable business rules) such as scoring and alignment with corporate strategies and business goals or entities.

Proposal Manager allows you to easily promote an idea or create a new business case/charter. Proposal teams can then evaluate proposals based on a consistent set of weighted selection criteria. Proposal Manager also manages stakeholder assignment and sign-offs and alignments with strategic goals and impacted organizational entities.

   
Mobilize

EnterpriseTrack provides advanced functionality for training and mobilizing the resources required for successful execution of selected projects. Resource Manager is used to assign resources, track utilization and results against objectives, and maintain a flexible hierarchy of access rights.

Training Manager allows you to manage training registration, administration, certification and reporting for your project teams in the same system used to manage your project portfolios.

   
Execute

EnterpriseTrack provides the most robust project tracking and management capabilities in the industry. Project Manager supports deep functionality for managing project creation, task and assignment tracking, phases and tollgates, roadmaps and templates, measures and benefits, issues and status reporting, strategy and multi-organization alignment, security and permissions, and alerts and notifications.

Knowledge Manager facilitates best practice and project template sharing leveraging a secure and centralized knowledge base to consistently replicate project successes.
   
Measure

EnterpriseTrack Metrics Manager and Financials Manager are used to manage all financial and non-financial project, program and portfolio metrics. Financial measures are calculated and tracked for all hard, soft, and theoretical cost savings over the life of a project. Performance can be tracked by non-financial metrics of choice such as time, output, yield, etc.

VoC Manager provides a unique survey administration capability, which can be used to establish Voice-of-Customer metrics and gather VoC feedback at any phase of the project life-cycle from ideas, to training effectiveness, to project impact and results.
