Ceridian Deploys Instantis EnterpriseTrack™ Project Management Software

April 5 , 2007 -- Santa Clara, CA —Instantis, the number one provider of software for managing top-down performance improvement initiatives like Six Sigma, announced today that Ceridian has deployed EnterpriseTrack™ to manage its enterprise-wide Six Sigma and Lean operational excellence program. With global headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Ceridian is a multinational human resources company serving over 110,000 customers and their 25 million employees worldwide, including over 50 percent of the Financial Times Global 500.

“We selected Instantis because they offered the most cost-effective solution to improving program oversight, project team productivity, and knowledge and best-practice sharing capabilities,” said Suzi Hobson, Director, Quality and Productivity at Ceridian. “We feel very well positioned for future international growth and expansion with the scalability of the web-based Instantis system.”

The Ceridian solution is hosted in Instantis’ carrier-class data center in order to minimize IT and resource dependency issues. The Instantis solution replaces, centralizes and automates disparate and frequently manual project tracking and reporting processes and systems. Ceridian already has over 1,000 Six Sigma process improvement and training projects entered into the new Instantis system. “We estimate that the time it will take to complete common project management tasks such as searching for relevant project information and documents and pulling together reports will be reduced by as much as 50-75 percent using the Instantis solution,” added Hobson.

“Ceridian represents a strong endorsement of the Instantis solution in a world-class services and transactional environment,” said Prasad Raje, Instantis founder and CEO. “Their selection underscores an important strength of the Instantis solution to scale as deployments grow in scope and Six Sigma maturity level.”
