Instantis Taps Enterprise Software Veteran

- Wayne Caccamo to Lead Marketing -

August 21, 2006 -- Santa Clara, CA—Instantis, the leading provider of on-demand software for managing enterprise performance improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, today announced that it has hired Wayne Caccamo as vice president of marketing. Caccamo will oversee and execute global plans to promote Instantis’ flagship product EnterpriseTrack™. CxO’s depend on EnterpriseTrack to ensure that their strategic priorities are executed and aligned with visible, structured, trackable, and manageable projects.

Before joining Instantis, Caccamo served as VP of worldwide marketing at Pathlore Software Corporation, a leading learning management software provider, which he positioned for a successful acquisition. Previously, he guided product management and product marketing for learning management software rival Docent, Inc. up to and through a successful IPO. Prior to Docent, Caccamo spent 11 years in a variety of strategic planning, marketing and business development management posts at Hewlett-Packard Company.
