FlexSaaS™ On-Demand Software Platform
EnterpriseTrack standard and PMO Edition are built on a powerful business and technology platform called FlexSaaS. Simply stated, FlexSaaS is a unique flexible pricing model for software supported by a superior flexible deployment platform.
Customers can choose to purchase a perpetual software license or opt for an annual/subscription based fee. Customers also have the option to deploy the system on their own premises or on-demand at the Instantis carrier-grade hosting facility.
Since 1999, the FlexSaaS platform was built from the ground up for what later became known as the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model. As a result, pioneering SaaS/on-demand technology is part of EnterpriseTrack’s DNA. This ensures that all customers enjoy the TCO and service level advantages of one of the most experienced on-demand solution providers in the industry (e.g., "five-nines" 99.999% availability and zero data loss over the past decade).
