Customers and Marketplace
Instantis customers have made EnterpriseTrack the leading provider of software for managing top-down performance excellence initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) with more customers deployed on its flagship EnterpriseTrack™ product than any competitive product.
With iconic Six Sigma practitioners like Motorola, DuPont, and Xerox deployed on EnterpriseTrack, Instantis is the clear leader in the discrete and process manufacturing industries. As Six Sigma and process excellence methodologies have grown outside the manufacturing industry to virtually all industries, so has Instantis. Instantis has a particularly strong presence in the healthcare space with pharmaceutical giants such as Baxter, Lilly and McKesson and several hospital systems and healthcare equipment providers as clients. Instantis is also growing quickly in the financial and other services sectors. Customers include financial services powerhouse Credit Suisse and telecom services providers such as France Telecom.
EnterpriseTrack has the unique ability to manage a variety of strategic initiatives in a single system ranging from operational excellence, to new product development, to IT project portfolio management, to CapEx projects. These initiatives are not unique to any particular industry. As a result, moving forward Instantis will continue to focus on multi-initiative project portfolio management opportunities within any large global organizations with total annual revenues typically exceeding $750 million.
For companies on an operational or performance excellence journey (e.g. pursuing CXO-mandated Six Sigma, Lean initiatives), Instantis EnterpriseTrack is designed to support organizations just starting and those that are on the leading edge. The Instantis Six Sigma Maturity Model (iSSMM™)1 defines the commonly experienced stages of Six Sigma maturity including: Launch, Early Success, Scale Replication, Institutionalization, and Cultural Transformation. Instantis customers span all stages defined by this model since it can be configured to reveal increasing levels of functional sophistication based on customer needs and readiness.
